Steel panel radiator for rooms with high demands on hygiene and cleanness with right bottom connection

RADIK CLEAN VK is a steel panel radiator in the VENTIL KOMPAKT version which allows a bottom right connection to the heating system. It is designed for pressurised heating systems.

It has been modified for installation and operation in rooms with higher demands on hygiene and cleanness. All types are supplied without convector fins, top grills and side panels.

There are two upper and two lower hangers welded at the back side of the radiator. Radiators in length 1800 mm and more have six hangers. An air vent and blanking plugs are delivered as standard. We recommend using the drill-in brackets (type 18/120 – see the KORAMONT catalogue) which enable to mount the radiator in a distance of up to 65 mm from the wall.

Notice: If the requested distance between the radiator and the wall should be 65 ÷ 80 mm, the same type of brackets can be used on condition that the lower hangers are fixed with brackets (not with supporting pieces only). In such a case the additional brackets must be ordered extra.

Note: The RADIK CLEAN VK type 10 and RADIK VK type 10 radiators are identical.

Pressure Loss In case of two-pipe heating system it is necessary to calculate the correct level of valve presetting and specify this in the project documentation to ensure a proper function of the heating system. This must be kept by the installer during installation of the heating system.

In case of one-pipe heating system it is necessary to set the valve at level 6. For adjusting the required mass flow in the radiator we recommend to use the compact connecting fitting with a fixed or adjustable flow volume of water in the radiator.
